Allow scrolling without mouse click, just keyboard shortcut

Right now you have to click a mouse button (and optionally also a keyboard key) to enable scrolling. It would be nice if you could scroll with just mouse movement and keyboard key (no mouse button).

I'll consider this idea, but I see a few potential problems with this, and since this extension is not under very active development I doubt that this will get implemented anytime soon. Pull requests are welcome, given that they are of sufficient quality.
