Scrolling the window by scrolling in an iframe without a scrollbar

Scrolling/dragging in an iframe without a scrollbar should scroll the full window, if possible. Currently nothing is scrolled.

A case for this issue: Disqus comments blocks (for example). If a user starts scrolling outside of the iframe (above or more to the right/left), scrolling is OK, though.
