Imagine a torment that replicated dreamer cards as its intents... But it has an evil outer shell...
I remember a friend becking me over... we had- No, it was not a friend at all, it was the clear picture of my lifelong adversary ready to harass me once again. Could I finally beat them this time.?
Basically Nemesis would appear when your repressed loneliness is too high during act II. It would disguise itself as the shop encounter, but would actually lead to an ordeal.
Nemesis has 2 stages.
First stage Comprehension: 100
Second stage comprehension: 90
The main reason for this torment is punish people for avoiding the shop, as well as provide a unique 2-stage encounter.
The icon art for Nemesis's first stage, would be an evil version of the shop encounter art and the art for the second stage would be the dreamer's ego. Nemesis goes from the first stage to the second stage upon being overcome the first time
Nemesis is truly overcome after defeating the second stage
