Align databus pages for collection shopping and hierarchy display

Each page (publisher, group, artifact, version) has a slightly different appraoch for

• Adding things to a collection
• Showing its children of the databus hierarchy

Both aspects need be more similar throughout the bus. The group page already shows its artifact as the main aspect of the pages which should be a good starting point.

• Create new collection shopping concept
• Apply concept to pages
• Create layout that emphasizes the hierarchical nature of the Databus
• Apply layout to all pages
