Hello! Thank you for making this and for making it open source! I'm trying to recreate your keyboard, but it's a little unclear to me how the display is attached to the PCB. I have a couple questions:
The 4 inch ILI9488 has 14 pins to add support a touchscreen, but your design only uses the display pins, so did you end up trimming them off the display? Or do I just have the wrong model?
The width of the display seems like it would overlap with the keys if mounted directly to the PCB, so did you end up attaching wiring and placing the display alongside it?

I used a ribbon cable to connect the display to the pcb. I used right-angle headers on both the display and pcb to keep the connectors flat, and only connected the pins I needed
