Hi there!

I utilized this plugin to download ChatGPT conversations in markdown format, and it functions quite effectively since ChatGPT's responses are also formatted in markdown.

However, there's a limitation: it saves only ChatGPT's replies rather than all conversations, including questions.
Can you enhance this plugin to download all content from the ChatGPT page as complete conversations?
