Should we add the requirement that the DIDDoc be processed in a DIDDoc Linter in the spec? #145

Evidently there are some good ones out there. If not a DID Linter, should there any other verifications defined that the DIDDoc we get is a valid DIDDoc?

This seems like it could be a feature of the implementations rather than a required part of the spec.
