How to use only pdb mode and where is the database-hooks folder? #6

Hello,

I have three questions about Assemble:
1: Where is the database-hooks folder? I cannot find it.

I did not have topology file now, so I want to use only pdb mode (skip topology files). But I got error about asking topology file. How to use only pdb files mode?
Is there suggested ways to build topology file?
