Extension Campuses VA/DoD Rates Displayed on Benefit Estimator

Value Statement:
As a System Owner, I need beneficiaries to have the ability to select an Extension campus from a drop-down list on Main/Branch campus, to receive accurate housing rate where majority of classes are taken.

Assumptions:

1. WEAMS file identifies all extension campuses associated to the Main and Branch campuses
2. VA and DoD Rates are available for extension campuses

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The Benefit Estimator will display VA/DoD rates for Extension campus when majority of classes are not at Main or Branch campuses
2. Claimants whose first award date is prior to 1/1/18 will be paid the Extension campus VA rate
3. Claimants whose first award date is on or after 1/1/18 and before 8/1/18 are subject to receiving the Extension campus VA and/or DoD rate
4. Claimants whose first award date is on or after 8/1/18 will receive the Extension campus DoD Rate
