Comparison Tool User Story - Institution Programs Data File (Section 116)

As a System Owner, I need a new data file from WEAMS including all programs at approved institutions , so the GI Bill Comparison Tool can display program data.

Assumptions:

1. WEAMS data is available
2. Program data available in WEAMS

Acceptance Criteria:

1. A new data file name "Institution Programs" will be sent to Education Service every Monday
2. Only send Programs for approved institutions
3. Only send approved Programs at each approved institution
4. The following data elements are required in new data file:
   · Facility Code | Institution Name | Program Type | Description | Full Time
   Undergraduate | Graduate | Full Time Modifier | Length
