draftsight troubleshoot

slow graphic pan, orbit

on nvidia control panel / manage 3d settings / program settings ( add draftsight with graphic card instead of integrated )
remove %APPDATA%\Roaming\DraftSight so that it will rebuild engine at startup with new graphic card settings
