Consider either documenting that a tag (and what format) is created to match the release # on every release, or automate it with github workflow.

Other DT projects might wish to use the same mechansim, so maybe document this dictation-toolbox as a convention DT projects may adopt. at least natlinkcore, dtactions, unimacro, vocola could adopt.

A challenge might be determining the release #. Some projects might specify the release # in pyproject.toml others in init.py (pyroject.toml will indicate dynamic).

The releases feature of github makes a tag.
