Folders Grammar: No reloading files or websites sections

The files and websites sessions are not reloaded after the user makes a change. Strangely, the folder session does seem to be reloaded after the user makes a change.

To add a new file or a new website, currently the user must restart natlink..

i am not exactly sure which sections don't reload but for sure the file section doesn't reload
