Update @canvas-panel/core dependencies ?

We're getting some warnings from yarn about dependencies from @canvas-panel/core:

warning @digirati/vam-viewer > canvas-panel-beta > @canvas-panel/core > [email protected]: core-js@<3 is no longer maintained and not recommended for usage due to the number of issues. Please, upgrade your dependencies to the actual version of core-js@3.

I think some of these versions are updated in the repo, but perhaps a new release and update to canvas-panel-beta ?
