Essential for this project

Some supporting work to Canvas Panel repository (Found at: https://github.com/stephenwf/canvas-panel-beta) providing a new more flexible API alongside a 100% backwards-compatible API.

The primary goal is to remove the Manifesto/Manifold custom version and bring stability to the composition API (Based on React 16 context API).
