Links in push notifications (Push-Benachrichtigungen) are being truncated.

Describe the Bug

We have received information from the city of Fürth that a message containing a link (https://bildung-fuerth.de/fileadmin/media/pdf/Sprachwegweiser_2024.pdf) was created. The link was truncated after the underscore when the message was sent, without any manual intervention.

Hier german version:
"Hallo liebes Integreat-Team, kann es sein, dass es im Push-Benachrichtigungssystem einen Fehler gibt? Habe dort eine Nachricht mit einem Link verfasst (https://bildung-fuerth.de/fileadmin/media/pdf/Sprachwegweiser_2024.pdf) Der Link wurde ohne mein Zutun beim Absenden der Nachricht nach dem Unterstrich abgeschnitten, so dass ich jetzt unfreiwillig lauter kaputte Links versendet habe."

I could reproduce this in Testumgebung:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Testumgebung
2. Click on 'Nachrichten'
3. Create a message and add link '(https://bildung-fuerth.de/fileadmin/media/pdf/Sprachwegweiser_2024.pdf)'
4. See error at the image
