Stopping the loop

If I want to turn on the lights manually for any reason, they will take a half second to display the color/intensity I selected, but immediately jump back to the color/intensity selected by the klipper neopixel macros. Is there a command to stop and unload this code so I can use the LEDs for another purpose without having to do a firmware reboot? If I'm missing something obvious, please forgive me. I'm still relatively new to Klipper.
