Yes

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to increase timeouts for cmd_timeout. Currently I have to modify the ~/.terraform.d/plugins/terraform-provider-openapi.yaml file.

Acceptance criteria

The ability to override timeouts in a local provider tf file

None
