Gtk3 scrollbars too narrow #49

Compared to Qt and Gtk2 scrollbars, the Gtk3 ones are much narrower. They're quite hard to grab.

Top to bottom: Gtk3 (gedit), Qt5 (Konsole), Gtk3 again, Gtk2 (libreoffice).

Poking around, the images in gtk-3.0/assets/scrollbar-* are 16px wide, the gtk2 assets are 20px wide.
That carries over from the svg files - in gtk-3.0/assets.svg, the handles are 8px wide, in gtk-2.0/assets.svg that's 10px.

I'm also having this problem in FireFox, gedit, etc.
See this screenshot of comparison between Dolphin (Qt5) and FireFox (GTK3).
