The digital variant of Waardepapieren can easily be copied, so that the copy has exactly the same validity as the original.

This is a genaral risk of this Waardepapieren solution. For Hoorn it is dificult tot take measures on her own. Should this not be an task for the Waardepapieren Solotion?
