Links in Resources.md not working

It looks like SuredBits company is working no more and with it their website is down. Sadly, there are lots of links to their websites explaining DLC problematics (in Resources.md), but they are not accessible anymore.

Maybe, it would be worth to find them on Internet Archive and re-link those posts there, or, if not plausible, then delete those links, or replace them with some other articles on this topic.

Thanks for the notice! Maybe @nkohen @benthecarman or @Christewart would know if they are available somewhere else? It'd be a shame to have them lost. At worst we could maybe just host them on this github.

I stood the site back up. If someone wants to take the assets and put them on github that would be great as this site won't be around forever.
