Auto Protocol when New Shoset in network

Description

As a user,

I want to automize the recognition of protocol for a new Shoset in the network.

so that the Shoset knows automatically what protocol should be done.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario	a new Shoset enters the network
Given	a new Shoset
When	this Shoset is going to protocol on an other one
Then	it must know what protocol to do automatically
And	use this protocol to establish the connection

Constraints

Only two protocols are possible (Join/Link)
