support deploy-rs

I recently discovered deplay-rs and think it would be very natural to add support for it in nixflk. Since it is based on flakes already it should be quite simple to use to make deployment of profiles and hosts more versatile.

I'd like to start a little discussion on this topic to see if others might find this useful.
