Hello whenever I attempt to build ccminer after running ./configure along with its CFLAGS I always get the following error: "equi/eqcuda.hpp:14:36: fatal error: device_functions_decls.h: No such file or directory" Any help would be greatly appreciated

hmm... I doubt there is an equi/eqcuda.hpp" function in that release which is 4 years old...
Do you do: autogen.sh; ./configure; make ?
