What is the easiest way to send the data created by the software directly to a RF FSK signal generator? Can I output the data directly to a UART eg?

I guess the easiest way to do this is to use the hackrf one, which is one of the cheapest software radio platforms with transmitter capabilities. Used with the gr-mixalot project, you can send the flex/pocsag protocol to wake up pagers. Please refer to:
