To use this template, follow these steps:

Download archive
Transfer the unpacked files to the project root
In case you are using macOS Ventura give Terminal full disk access (System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Full Disk Access)
Open terminal
Go to a folder with .xcodeproj
Write swift install.swift
Open your project
Use a template
