create helms manifests for deploying mongoDB operator + an instance with S3 backup.
The following should permit to :
setup the operator in a KxS clusters
instanciate a db instance ( mono or mutli nodes )
instanciate a regular backup on a S3
permit to restore a backup
test load balancing between nodes / crash test
