Support page language drop-down menu not displaying properly

Describe the issue

Each page displays a drop down menu in the footer for Language selection. The Support page (support.html) does not show the drop-down menu like the other pages. Instead it shows a list.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. go to https://dogecoin.com/support.html and view the issue in the Language list at the bottom right of the page.
2. go to https://dogecoin.com/ and look in the bottom right of the page to see how the menu should appear.

Doesn't appear so. I've submitted two bug fixes to this repo and nothing
