Dolby with "Simple WHIP Client"

Hi,

I'm trying to broadcast my RTSP cam feed using Dolby. I'm following this document https://docs.dolby.io/streaming-apis/docs/using-whip-with-gstreamer#simple-whip-client. I need to use simple whip client because, but it keeps reporting the error of Using libsoup2 and libsoup3 in the same process is not supported. I tried to upgrade my gstreamer version to the latest but didn't work. Is there any work around to this issue? I couldn't directly use gst-launch-1.0 as nothing was streamed.
