[Publisher] Publisher is not able to use specific camera and microphone with external camera and external microphone

When external camera and external microphone is connected to the system, publisher is not allowed to select specific camera and microphone from the dropdowns.

Windows: Devices
- Build-in Camera and Microphone
- Connected external USB Microphone (BOYA)
- Connected external USB Camera which also have Microphone capability (ASUS)

STEPS:
** Connect external USB Microphone and external USB Camera

1. Open the publisher App
2. Add the screen share
3. Remove the camera source from the preview page
4. Click on Add Source -> Add Camera's
5. Try to select the Build-In Camera and external USB Microphone (BOYA)
6. Publisher App does not allow to add the source
