Verify user login on online judge #18

We should verfy every user login. User scenario:

add online judge login
new link should apear (start verification)
after clicking, we should see instruction (we have 5 minutes to verify the online judge login)
to verify, we need to submit solution to specified problem (doesn't need to be correct solution)
when solution is submitted, we need to click Verify button.

If the user login is not verifiied, the online judge results should not count into the ranking.
