Chiseled and non-root image case studies

We're doing case studies for folks using Chiseled images and regular images configured as non-root. If you are using those image types, we'd love to talk with you. The intent is to publish some case studies (publicly), however we're happy to talk with organizations that want to keep their information/scenarios private. We're also happy to provide guidance on problem use cases at the same time.
