C# Dev Kit v1.11.11 (pre-release)
"Roslynator.CodeFixes" Version="4.12.7"
"Roslynator.Refactorings" Version="4.12.7"

Steps to Reproduce:

Just enable C# Dev Kit

Actual Behavior:
Code analysis working

Expected Behavior:
Actually, not working

Did you try to use latest C# dev kit version 1.12.2?
