I am not sure if this is expected but this screenshot, taken in January (2020-01-09), shows a signal repeater from IKEA as last seen in November (2019-11-01).
Would it be expected that the repeater continuously updates this value if within the range of the coordinator? It seems like even if I put them next to each other, eventually the IKEA repeater becomes dead.

I don't what kind of information are available
could you share the content of the zigate.json ?
the last seen value is the last date when zigate has received something from the repeater but having no new value doesn't mean the repeater is not working.
Probably the plugin just have nothing to poll (during the automatic polling) and the repeater doesn't send periodic information
