Similar to the HQTB workflow, add the functionality of searching and fixing EGCs to the CMPB one.

TODO:

add functionality to workflow.py
add corresponding options to the yaml
add it in the command line prompt (set_up.py)
🟤 adjust validator function if necessary -> does not seem necessary, since no file is read in
🟤 adjust command line option (command line reader) -> checked and not needed, as everything is set via the config
test, if everything works accordingly
