Add checksum file to releases

For security reasons, the releases should be paired with a proper checksum file (e.g. sha512sum.txt).

How are the releases generated? The repository does not contain any CI/CD config files.

Example: Release could contain a simple sha512sum.txt as follows...

c35bd0ca703b3ff8d8d734e57c45ac5bb941859c8c473e32605324d6c7905f2c62937f76191fbc7308dd14cbcd8b73d46323b771c788341a885cf298ce64ba93  boot-oneplus-enchilada.img
