Taskbar issues on Microsoft Surface

The taskbar will be stuck 1-2 cm above its original position when the laptop thinks the keyboard has been disconnected. There will be a tiny bit of background photo before the taskbar, and then the background again if this makes sense. It's solved by disabling and re-enable the hide taskbar setting.

I noticed this yesterday, the taskbar floats after reconnecting to the screen, sometimes it just seems to stay there for a while.
