Fix Picker changing tabbar icon name in settings

We are setting the navigation bar title to be whatever the view is about in the Alert preferences screen. This has an unfortunate impact on the tabbar icon title which inherits the pushed/popped view's title. I've attempted to set it to an empty string or back to "Settings" a few different ways but it persists. Also tried lifecycles (.onAppear, .onDisappear) to no avail.
