current, this plugin:

drone-gitea-release/plugin.go

Line 57 in 6ae63e4

return fmt.Errorf("The Gitea Release plugin is only available for tags")

I hope can add tag_name:

  • when set
    • exist: use it
    • non-existent; create it ref to $DRONE_COMMIT
  • when not set, must run in event 'tag'
