Hi! I was wondering where/how I could buy an adapter?

I recently got an AppleII, and would love to try this!

There are no adapters on sale that I know of. However, you can use a Super Serial Card in place of the A2Pi card. You don't even need a Pi to connect, just any relatively modern Linux computer (even x86). Just connect the SSC to a USB <-> RS232 dongle and adjust the a2pid daemon to use the USB serial port.
