I'm at the stage of testing and tinkering so in the meantime see: https://gist.github.com/jmbarr/1f9cfb06eea9dd051bb7adea9f75d3a8 (don't plotterlys work on gist?) -- you'll need the controlmodelsimplfy branch.
I've been through most of the predictors of the Kalman variety and they seem to work, but keen to find breakages...
