Support triggering history (scrolling)

Currently we can only see trigger data for the last 30 days on an IA page, it would be nice if we could 'scroll back' and view later dates.

Another feature that would be quite useful is to change the resolution of the triggering i.e., view the last 30 days, 6 months, year, 2 years, all time etc. (possibly with a custom range too).

And yet another awesome feature would be to have indicators of when PRs went live (or merged) (and possibly other states + issues?) so we can see how triggering has changed afterwords.
