Actually to even read
https://duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/features/non-javascript/ one needs JavaScript enabled.

You are entirely correct. Indeed one can see:

How To Use the Non-JavaScript Version of DuckDuckGo Search

We have two non-JavaScript versions of our search results, which come up automatically for some browsers that
don't work with the regular JavaScript version.

• HTML
• Lite

Alas, upon clicking those two links at the bottom, the non-javascript joyride ends.

Are you referring to the "Twitter" and "Reddit" links at the bottom of the page? Because the "HTML" and "Lite" pages work perfectly for me with JavaScript (and cookies) disabled. If so, you can use nitter and redlib

All I know is I attempted to use the w3m browser to read what I mentioned. I don't know about Twitter, etc.
