Hello @duracelltomi

Somehow the plugin blocks clicks on our Links.
It only happens when the visitors accepts the cookies and the plugin is active.

We have product carousel on our homepage, there is no issue.

For example:
https://hwr-chemie.de/produkt-kategorie/desinfektionsprodukte/
https://hwr-chemie.de/produkt-kategorie/lebensmittelindustrie/lebensmittelindustrie-reinigung/

If you have any idea to solve that problem, we'd be very happy.

Hi,

Could you test one thing before we dig deeper?
In GTM4WP plugin settings, change GTM ID to GTM-XXXXXX (before that save the original value to somewhere).

Check clicks after you update the GTM ID with this dummy value.
Let me know if this solved the issue

Hi @duracelltomi ,

thank you very much for your fast reply.

First I changed the GTM in your Plugin without any changes in the link behavior.

Afterwards I changed the GTM in our Cookie Plugin (Borlabs) to the Dummy ID

The links are not blocked any longer.

I am sorry to ask you, I am not really into IT/ web development:
Does it mean, that there is something in the GTM-Container, that blocks the links?
It has nothing to do with your plugin?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

It could be something in your GTM container or something that is interfering between Borlabs and GTM
