Feature Request: Add one general-purpose hotkey to sync manually #58

A feature request related to @mnaoumov's manual sync feature #56.

Currently, there are two different hotkeys:

I wonder if it is possible to additionally (!) create a single general-purpose hotkey that would allow the sync to happen:

If the cursor is active on the filename/notename field, then sync from filename to heading.
If the cursor is active in the note text field (the whole note, not only on the header itself), then sync from heading to filename.
