Hi, thought I share the following experience, just in case some one else runs into a similar problem:
When attempting to set up the dashboard coming with https://github.com/dxatscale/dxatscale-template and ingesting data from CI or locally via sfpowerscripts:pool:metrics:publish, all attempts failed with 403, despite setting SFPOWERSCRIPTS_NEWRELIC_API_KEY to an API key of type “INGEST - LICENCE” retrieved from the new relic UI.

The following pointed me to the right direction:
https://forum.newrelic.com/s/hubtopic/aAX8W0000008bPGWAY/send-metric-data-in-eu-account-does-not-work
Changing new relic data storage from EU to US resolved the issue, and I’m now able to consume DevHub Metrics on a nice dashboard :star-struck:
Looks like the SDK provided by newrelic and used by sfpowerscripts:pool:metrics only supports the US host.
