We had quiet a few good ideas in the discussion. I'm have narrowed it down to three that seem to be affecting our business the most.

Project Priority LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH with PORTAL filter functionality - We may have a business server crash that should take precedence over a grandma and her monitor wont turn on (did you hit the power button on the monitor?) and we currently have no way to differentiate between them. I believe there was a example module for todoyu that did this in the developer section for getting started, but for the life of me I can't find it since they took the site down.

Send email to specific email addresses on calendar changes/additions/deletions and ability to specify specific calendar event types only - We are using the calendar for jobs as well as vacation days and we have had quite a few instances where somebody puts time on the calendar the day before and expects it off. The administrators have no way to know if it was inserted one day ago or 6 months ago so an email would be nice on any changes to the calendar.

Calendar outlook integration - The Outlook calendar REST API would allow us to have scheduling tied to our phones through Exchange giving us better management out in the field.

If you need additional explanation feel free to reach out.
