Cosmos SDK v0.42.10 has been released: https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/releases/tag/v0.42.10

We should upgrade the dependency and roll a new release.

It's important to also check whether the fix we've previously forked the SDK for is now included, or whether we need another fork: e-money/cosmos-sdk@a3c8dea

I have created a new tag containing the fix in our local cosmos-sdk fork: https://github.com/e-money/cosmos-sdk/tree/v0.42.11-rc0
