A "protocol" is a sorted list of rule application nodes.

Each rule application node knows the name of the TGG rule that was applied, and is connected to the model elements created or used as context.

Ideas for vis:

1. If a user chooses a single rule application node, we could visualise the respective TGG rule and show the triple it was matched to. So: TGG Rule --> Triple
2. If a user selects multiple rule application nodes or the root resource, we could visualise a connected sequence of rectangles with the rules' names and add hyperlinks so the user can select any of these nodes and somehow "jump" to the corresponding vis in (1).
