I'm not an author on this package but AFAIU requeueing is something that is not under the user's control, only under the control of the slurm cluster system administrator.

For ex, I recently had a job automatically requeue due to a node failure without specifying any options. But, as discussed in the link above, jobs generally only requeue if there is a node failure or the job is killed due to a higher priority job taking over. My understandingis that if the job fails due to timing out or an error, there is no option for requeueing it.
